I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel's culinary offerings are a true testament to Spain's gastronomic prowess. I found myself drawn to the unique dining proposals available on-site. From savoring exquisite dishes at the Michelin-starred DiverXO to indulging in a delightful cocktail at the terrace-cocktail Bar DOMO, my taste buds were in for a treat.During my stay, I had the opportunity to sample the Chipotle Chillón cocktail, a tantalizing blend of mezcal, absinthe, lemon juice, and chipotle syrup that awakened my senses. The specially curated three-course dinner, perfectly paired with wines, showcased a fusion of creativity and traditional culinary techniques, elevating my dining experience to new heights.The breakfast selection was equally impressive, offering a wide array of fresh and delicious options, including churros, smoothies, pancakes, sushi.
